Cushy K Photography’s Agreement for Portrait Photography Sessions

By entering into this agreement, I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined for our portrait photography sessions

• I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure my booking. If I fail to respond or settle the booking fee within 48 hours of submitting the online booking form, I am aware that my session may be made available to another booking.


• I agree to pay the remaining balance before or on the day of the portrait photography session.


• I acknowledge that the standard turnaround time for processed images is approximately 7 days after the session date, with the possibility of occasional extensions due to seasonal demand.


• In the event of illness or unsuitable weather, I understand that sessions may be rescheduled.


• I acknowledge that the copyright for all images remains with Cushy K Photography and I grant permission for the use of images in the photographer's portfolio, online, or in print. I retain the right to specify which images can or cannot be used, and I will communicate this via email within 5 days of viewing the gallery.


• In the event of illness or unsuitable weather, I understand that sessions may be rescheduled.


• I understand that full usage and reprinting of images are permitted upon full payment, and I agree to use the images strictly for personal purposes, not for any commercial use.
